Rugby Club Lunch December 3rd at 12:30
Sandbach School and the OSA have jointly agreed to sponsor part of the Scoreboard at the rugby Club. To celebrate this, we are match ball sponsors on December 3rd for the league game against Kirkby Lonsdale and as part of this we have the chance to bring some people along. So you are invited to join us for a 2-course lunch and to watch the match.
The cost is £18 members and £20 non-members and guests, and it starts at 12:30. Places are limited so please book soon so you are not disappointed. School Carol Service 15th December
We are delighted that the School Carol Service is being held again this year. It takes place at St Mary’s Church Sandbach starting at 6:30. Traditionally, if we have a few Old Boys in attendance we will go for a drink at the Old Hall afterwards. Be great to see a few people there
London Reception 24th February 2023
Glynn Robinson will be the guest of honour at London 2023. Taking place at the RAF Club on Saturday 25th February 12 Noon. This is always a great event in a top-class location. The price this year is £40 for members and £45 for non-members and guests. Details and booking form are on the website here.
Membership and Annual Year
Thanks again to everyone who has paid their subscriptions, via events, bank transfer or via a standing order. We continue to maintain this at £10 and all of this contributes to the annual donation the OSA makes to the School Headteacher’s Fund.
In order to simplify our accounting, we are proposing to change our annual year from 1 January to 31 December and subscriptions will run accordingly. All members will shortly receive an email explaining how this affects them and asking them to provide any feedback. For those who are not yet members please consider joining. New members joining before end of the year will receive membership up to 31 December 2023.
